About Project
Construction Management at Risk services were provided for this owner to build a new Greek life facility for the Alpha Phi Sorority at the University of Mississippi. This impressively designed 4-level facility includes 58 bedrooms, a beautifully appointed living room, a large dining room with generous natural lighting, a commercial kitchen, and a chapter meeting room that can serve up to 400 members. Additional amenities include the front foyer with wood winder staircase open to floors above, designated common study areas, housemother’s suite, chapter history room, and a courtyard with a fountain and a gas fireplace. From exterior gas lanterns, handcrafted concrete pavers, decorative railing, and a stately front porch, the southern charm continues as one enters the house to see the graceful architectural features and carefully selected fixtures, furnishings, and finishes. Preconstruction services included conceptual price modeling and scheduling, and coordination with the owners, architects, and consultants.
