About Project

General construction services were provided to build The Cottages at Hooper Hollow which offer an alternative student housing option, off-campus, on South Lamar Boulevard in Oxford, MS. The project consisted of 45 buildings varying in style with single story, duplex and 2-story buildings providing a total of 76 units – a majority of which have 4 bedrooms. Amenities included private screened porches with swing beds; patios; stainless steel kitchen appliances; residential style washer and dryers; granite and stone countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms; travertine surrounds; walk in closets in each bedroom; energy efficient tankless water heaters; interior brick arches; ceiling fans in each bedroom; and Clubhouse with pool and recreational areas.
