About Project

General construction services were provided for another repeat business client who hired us to build or renovate 3 multi-tenant retail centers in Byram, Vicksburg, and Tupelo, simultaneously.  Each of the multi-tenant retail centers was anchored by C Spire Wireless, the nation’s largest privately held wireless communications provider. Each project was completed by working in partnership with the landlord, the architects, and all the tenants, which varied from 3 to 6 per location. Tenant coordination, brand architecture, and the landlord’s requirements were properly planned and built to suit the needs and timeframe at each location.
