About Project

Design build services were provided for this negotiated project to add a new medical office building in Flowood, Mississippi. This two-story, multi tenant facility is anchored by Baptist Medical Clinic for which we were hired to provide the tenant finish-out. Structural systems included a Geopier rammed aggregate foundation. A pre-engineered metal building frame was used for cost effectiveness, then clad with brick veneer, concrete masonry, EIFS cornice, and storefront windows. The building design conformed to the guidelines for the new Flowood Town Center. Tenant coordination and the landlord’s requirements were properly planned and carried out to make the project a success.
