Design-Build services were provided for Jackson Hinds Comprehensive Health Care, the largest community healthcare provider in Mississippi, to build their 12th health center in the state. This two-story medical facility serves the Capitol City of Jackson, Mississippi. The first floor includes a lobby, reception, waiting room, clinic, offices, restrooms, and covered parking with security fence and access control for physicians and staff. The second floor includes medical and dental exam rooms, conference room, offices, reception, waiting room, restrooms, medical lab, x-ray, tech stations, and storage rooms. The building includes an elevator and emergency generator. The well-appointed exterior finishes include brick veneer, aluminum storefront systems with some frosted glazing, alumium composite panels, poured concrete columns, metal canopy, and TPO roof system with metal fascia and soffits as well as metal rooftop screen walls.
