2011 ABC Merit Award Winner

This was a negotiated project for The Else School of Management at Millsaps College. General construction services were provided for this historical renovation which required a very aggressive schedule of 30 days. The project included renovating three lecture hall/classrooms and one conference room. The renovations involved historical architectural features, including exterior windows, as well as structural components, mechanical and electrical systems.
