The Bulldog Club Inc. hired Copeland and Johns, Inc to provide Construction Management At-Risk services for a new state of the art Softball Stadium. Also included werer major renovations to the Tennis Facility. The new softball stadium seats 1100 fans and includes locker rooms, press box with lounge, training room, bullpens, video board, restrooms, and concession. The Tennis Centre received new seats, viewing platforms, and viewing towers. This 9-month fast track project started immediately following the 2015 regular season for both sports and was completed before the start of the 2016 seasons. Pre-Construction services were a must to keep the design within the Athletic Department’s budget, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
