General contracting services were provided to a premier automotive dealership client based in Mississippi. A nationally recognized and brand preferred Architect from Texas furnished the design of this ultra-modern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram facility in Starkville, MS. The facility contains a showroom and offices that are second to none in this region as well as a full service, ten vehicle, air conditioned, shop complete with a wash bay and state of the art automotive mechanical equipment. The building is accented with aluminum composite metal panels, glass curtainwall, and pre-fabricated, textured, wall panels. Approximately five acres of all new infrastructure including utilities, concrete roads, concrete paving, rail fencing, and elaborate landscaping were the basis for the sales lot.
