General construction and design-build services were provided to Wilson Auto Group for two new dealership facilities. The Wilson KIA building was the first signature design/prototype facilitiy to be built in the USA. Value Engineered design modifications produced a cost effective and award winning project constructed in a restricted time frame. Exterior features included decorative architectural panels and storefront glass systems. No deviation occurred from the required exterior design criteria imposed by the franchise.
